Lodging Options

These rates are only available to registered conference participants before the respective reservation deadline for each hotel and require a special reservation code. The special reservation code will be sent to each participant AFTER registration is complete. Please do NOT attempt to reserve a room BEFORE registration. Hotels are NOT obligated to honor the special rates without the reservation code.

NYU Dorm Detail

NYU dorm rooms are no longer available. For detailed information about the dorms and surrounding area, see the NYU Founder's Hall information sheet.

Dorm rooms may be canceled before March 23 April 13 with no penalty. Cancellations, changes or no-shows after March 23 April 13 will result in a $50 penalty. Written requests by confirmed conference participants to cancel or change reservation must be sent to [email protected]. Dorm rooms may only be reserved for conference participants. Dorm rooms are not available to companions and/or family members of conference participants.

  • Hampton Inn: recently renovated hotel in a quiet neighborhood; not far from restaurants in Chinatown and Little Italy; close to the 1, 2, A, C and E subway lines (see map link).
  • Four Points: small hotel near several night life attractions; two blocks away from the 1 and 2 subway lines (see map link).
  • Club Quarters: small hotel located near the financial district; very quiet in the evening hours; one block away from the 2 and 3 subway lines (see map link).
  • Sheraton New York: large, full-service hotel 4 blocks north of Radio City Hall and Rockefeller Center; three blocks to 1, 2, N, Q and R subway lines (see map link).
  • Wingate Manhattan: small hotel near Madison Square Garden and Penn Station; close to 1, 2, 3, A, C and E subway lines (see map link).
  • Millennium Broadway: large, full-service hotel 3 blocks north of Time Square; close to 1, 2, 3, N, Q and R subway lines (see map link).
  • New Yorker: well-known, landmark hotel near Madison Square Garden and Penn Station; one block away from the A, C and E subway lines (see map link).
  • Four Points SoHo Village: small hotel about a 10 minute walk from the conference venue, located in the SoHo neighborhood around a number of night life attractions; walk or take the 2 line one stop north (see map link).

Note:

  1. Rates only guaranteed until respective reservation deadlines. After the deadlines, rates subject to availability. Hotel room cancellations or changes (except for NYU dorm) subject to penalties. Check individual policies before reserving hotel rooms.
  2. Hotels require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Booking a hotel room is a business transaction between conference participant and hotel. The CHEP organizers and sponsoring organizations are not a party in any disputes between the participant and hotel.
