Submission of CHEP 2012 contributions

Dear Participants,

This is a reminder that the deadline for submitting contributions (posters and oral presentations) is Friday, June 22. To submit your contribution, please go to the "how to submit online" section of the submissions page.

It has come to our attention that several participants have received unsolicited requests to relinquish copyrights and publish their contributions through unapproved publishers. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE REQUESTS. The unapproved publishers must have found participants' email address from the CHEP2012 Indico page, and some of the requests may be phishing attempts.

The sole, authorized electronic publisher of CHEP2012 proceedings is Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS), and participants should only submit contributions through the conference website portal (see above).

Also, official conference photos have been uploaded to the conference website. Click on "Photos" at the bottom right-hand corner of the CHEP 2012 web site. Videos of all oral presentations will be uploaded soon.
